The ID Pro Plus™ was designed to print wire, outlet, faceplate and component labels on site and on demand. Designed for versatility as well as portability, it can accommodate three different materials widths from 0.59 in to 1.59 in. The self-adjusting printhead accepts a wide variety of labeling materials including self-laminating and vinyl cloth, plus BradySleeve™ and PermaSleeve™ heat shrink wire markers.
The ID Pro Plus™ is a dot matrix printer that uses the R7300 ribbon. The materials used in the printer have different "B numbers" than the materials in the ID PAL™ or TLS2200®. They are still the same types of materials (vinyl cloth, polyester, polyolefin, etc.) but they are the dot matrix version of these materials. They have a topcoat that absorbs the dot matrix ink.
The ID Pro Plus™ can print practically any wire, outlet, faceplate and component marker required, without guesswork. Its LCD display previews the information to be printed. And the palm-sized ID Pro Plus™ rugged ergonomic design includes shock-absorbing bumpers to protect it from damage in the field.
